Work follows you home

virtual therapy · plano, tx
Plano is home to big corporate headquarters, including Toyota North America at Legacy West, and a lot of people here carry a big job home with them every night.
Online therapy gives you a place to set that down for an hour, without fighting the Tollway to get to an office.
When work is demanding, therapy is usually the first thing that gets cut. A drive across town to an office makes it even easier to skip.
With virtual sessions, you can log in from home or a private office between meetings. No commute, no waiting room, no running into a coworker in the parking lot.
I’m based in Denton and see adults across Texas online, so Plano is covered the same as anywhere else in the state.
The laptop’s closed, but your brain is still in the 4 p.m. meeting.
You’re good at your job and tired of feeling like it’s all you are.
You replay conversations and plan for problems that haven’t happened.
You can see a pattern in your life and want help changing it.
We start with what brought you here and what you want to be different. From there, we look at the patterns underneath it and figure out what to actually do about it.
I’m eclectic on purpose: person-centered, CBT and REBT, mindfulness, and EMDR when the past keeps showing up in the present. I’ll be real with you, challenge you when needed, and remember what you told me last month.
Perfection does not exist. We are human!
