How I work
I’m eclectic on purpose. Sometimes you need to be heard. Sometimes we need to challenge the story you’ve been telling yourself with CBT or REBT. Sometimes your body needs mindfulness to catch up. And when the past keeps showing up, I’m EMDR trained.
There’s no perfect way to do this. Grief isn’t linear, and neither is growth. We’ll work at your pace.
There are no mistakes. Just learning lessons.
How sessions work
- There is no office in McKinney. Every session is online, from wherever you are in Texas.
- Virtual sessions on SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- For Texas residents who are physically located in Texas at session time.
- For adults age 18 and older.
- Sessions are about 50–55 minutes.
- Individual sessions are $120; couples sessions are $150. Private pay only.
