virtual therapy · frisco, tx
Frisco calls itself Sports City USA. Between The Star, Toyota Stadium, and a youth sports schedule that never ends, a lot of Frisco families live on the move.
Online therapy gives you one hour a week that isn’t on the field, in the car, or in a meeting.
Frisco has grown fast, and so have most people’s to-do lists. When the calendar is this packed, a drive to a therapy office is usually the first thing to go.
Virtual sessions take the drive out of it. Log in from home or anywhere private in Texas, and we get started. No waiting room, no Tollway traffic.
I’m based in Denton and every session is online, so Frisco is as close as anywhere.
Your weekends belong to everyone else’s games and practices.
You moved here for a job or a fresh start, and it still feels unsettled.
You worry, overthink, and plan for worst cases you know probably won’t happen.
Same reaction, same relationship, same argument. You want out.
I start with what brought you here and what you want to be different. Then we look at the patterns underneath and decide what to do about them, one step at a time.
I’ll remember what you told me three months ago, notice when a pattern shows up again, and lovingly point it out when you’re doing that thing you said you wanted to stop doing.
You can’t help anybody else if you’re not okay.
No. I’m based in Denton, and all sessions are online through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
