Stuck in commute mode
By the time you’re home, there’s nothing left for you.
virtual therapy · lewisville, tx
Lewisville sits right on I-35E and Lewisville Lake, between Denton and Dallas, which means a lot of people here spend their days heading somewhere else.
Online therapy lets you skip one more drive and talk from home instead.
Whether you’re commuting down 35E or heading the other way, adding a trip to a therapy office is often what makes people put it off.
Virtual sessions take that off the table. Log in from home, a private office, or a parked car, and we get started.
I live in Denton, just up 35E, but every session is online, so it doesn’t matter which side of the lake you’re on.
By the time you’re home, there’s nothing left for you.
A breakup, a move, a new job. You’re figuring out what’s next.
The same reactions and relationships keep showing up. Changing them is the hard part.
Things look fine from the outside. You’re not.
I’m eclectic on purpose: person-centered when you need to be heard, CBT and REBT when we’re untangling a thought, mindfulness when your body needs to catch up, and EMDR when the past keeps showing up in the present.
Patterns are my specialty. I’ll notice them, help you understand where they came from, and help you practice doing something different.
Perfection does not exist. We are human!
No. I live in Denton, and every session is online through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
