Every session I offer is virtual. No commute, no waiting room, no sitting in traffic trying to get there on time.
All you need is a private spot, a good connection, and to be physically in Texas when we meet.

Maybe the closest counselor is an hour away. If you’re in Texas, distance stops being the problem.
Finding childcare for an hour of therapy plus travel is its own project. Logging in from home makes it doable.
Some people simply feel more comfortable starting therapy from their own space. That’s a perfectly good reason.
If getting there has been the thing stopping you, this takes it off the table.
Virtual sessions work the same way in-person sessions do. We talk, I listen, I notice patterns, and I remember what you told me last month. The only thing missing is the commute.
Some of my clients were worried about having a private space to hold their sessions. You can sit in your car in your driveway or parking lot! As long as you are in a safe and private space, you are not driving, and you have a good internet connection, we can hold your session!

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a decent internet connection, and a private spot where you can talk freely. Sessions run on SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so there’s nothing complicated to set up.
Parked somewhere safe and alone with good connection! Please do not drive during session, it is not safe!
You need to be physically located in Texas at the time of each session. I’m licensed in Texas, so that’s the law, not a preference.
